Nicola Sturgeon, the 1st minister of Scotland, has expressed her relief as the independent inquiry clears her of breaching her ministerial code in the case involving her predecessor, Alex Salmond. The lawyer who oversaw the inquiry stated that Ms Sturgeon did not intentionally leave information out when speaking to MSPs on the issue relating to Mr Salmond.
