The preposition ‘con’ (‘with’) has a peculiar behavior in Spanish. It is used just as any other preposition with most personal pronouns: ‘Me voy con ella’ = ‘I’m going with her’. However, when paired with ‘yo’ and ‘tú’ it becomes ‘conmigo’ and ‘contigo’: ‘Lorena está conmigo’ = ‘Lorena is with me’. There is also the form ‘consigo’, which, while not too commonly used, expresses an action that falls on the subject of the sentence: ‘Le gusta hablar consigo mismo’ = ‘He likes talking to himself’. Note that ‘consigo’ is often followed by ‘mismo/misma’, to emphasize on the reflexiveness of the action.
