How to improve your health?

Keeping ourselves healthy is an important thing which is ignored by many people in the world but I think health is the most important thing in our lives. There is always a saying that "Health is wealth" and that's true. We can't buy health with our wealth no matter how much we try, how much experienced or expert doctors we hire.So there's a question:"How can we improve our health?"

There are many ways to improve our health.One way is our diet. Eating healthy food like vegetables,fruits keeps us healthy. We should stay away from fast foods and fatty acids. We should drink milk on daily basis. 

The secong way is exercise. Exercise is very important for our body. Our body needs daily exercise. Daily exercise keeps the diseases away from us.
