How Artificial Intelligence Learns, Applies, & Relearns?

Artificial Intelligence is taking all industries by storm, so most humans are complaining about the risks of job losses. AI is always observing and its functionalities and uses depend on that observance. The tools and the programs learn from humans how to interact and react in certain situations. As of now, AI is at its initial stages where it is rapidly completing its phases of the initial stage. But that time is not so far when you will be completely dependent on AI to perform just your routine tasks like cleaning, washing, planning, memory, organization, and then the big-budget industrial tasks.

Let me tell you a simple example of how AI learns and then applies and then relearns from the results.

AI learns, applies, and relearns from those results

So, let's take an example of a vacuum cleaner machine powered by Artificial Intelligence.

Learning & application

The artificially intelligent vacuum cleaner decides a roadmap/plan of the floor that it has to clean. Then executes the plan level by level and block by block. After cleaning the floor, its sensors look for any dirt on the floor that it has just cleaned.

Relearning

Let's say someone was walking by and he dropped a wrapper on the floor. Now the machine's sensors will again draw the roadmap and then execute the cleaning plan.

But this is not just simply it, because now the vacuum cleaner has learned that if someone is walking by, they may drop dirt or trash on the floor. And that's why every time a person goes by the clean floor, it will throw sensors on the floor and check if there's anything that needs to be cleaned.

AI will try 100 possible solutions and find the best one

This seems to be pretty redundant, so AI will work its best and try to save its memory, processing time, and power intake. Therefore, AI will automatically tell the machine's sensors to just highlight all the dirty areas of the floor but it will not move and clean the floor until the floor and dirty up to a certain level again.

So, this is a very simple and small example of how AI works. Now the decision is up to you how you treat it and let it learn.

Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) is taking over the world. Machines and computer systems have stimulated the human intelligence system.
