When you want to take your time to learn Spanish, you can try playing games. It’s fun and effective at the same time, and, even better, it won't feel like studying.

Sometimes, classic is the best solution for practically everything.
In our case, playing games to learn Spanish with charades isn’t only helpful, but fun, too. This is the game that never gets out of fashion.
But don’t forget that this is a team sport, so before starting to plan any charades game, you have to gather your Spanish friends or other Spanish students.
We suppose that you are already familiar with the rules, so we will suggest only a few modifications.
For playing charades in Spanish, we suggest you write down the actions on pieces of paper and place them in a bowl. The demonstrator chooses the paper randomly and explains it to the others.
But, only in Spanish! Forget about English while playing Spanish charades.

If you still haven’t heard, this is one of the most popular games Spanish like to play, especially kids.
This is a team game, so you can organize a game night with other Spanish students, make popcorn, get snacks and drinks, and have fun while playing it.
The game is simple. You gather around and one of you is a wolf. The wolf is in the middle of the circle and the others start to chant ‘Juguemos en el bosque mientras el lobo no está. ¿Lobo estás?’ (Let's play in the forest while the wolf is not there. Are you a wolf?) and the wolf responds by putting the clothes on himself, for example, ‘Me estoy poniendo los pantalones.’ (I’m dressing the pants.) Then the group continues chanting or asking the same questions and the wolf responses ‘Me estoy poniendo el sombrero.’ (I’m putting my sombrero on), and so on. The wolf doesn't have to dress only, but he can do any other action, such as brushing his teeth, preparing lunch, anything that can keep him busy. When the wolf is finished, he can answer ‘¡Sí! Y salgo para perseguirte / ¡Sí! Te voy a comer / ¡Sí! Corre’ (Yes! And I’m going out to chase you / Yes! I'm going to eat you / Yes! Run!)
