Origin of first cell

To understand origin of life, we think about primeval Earth condition instead of complex one, by simple biochemistry. Universe formed 20 billion year ago and Earth formed 4.6 billion year ago, while life originate 4 billion years ago. We can imagine the early condition of earth which causes life on it by geological studies. Water which is very important began to pool 4.3 billion year ago, but still no oxygen. It is evident that when interstellar mass reach on earth, zircon has water inside in it. 

Bio element was formed after the Big Bang Theory, which lead to life later, however We shall explain it with the help of biochemistry, chemical, Geological, biological Evidences. 

The requirement for all life is:

1. Enzyme or protein or ribosome system

2. ATP for energy transfer/ electron transport chain, as ATP is energy currency

3. Cell membrane
