Why you should visit Cienfuegos, Cuba

Cienfuegos is a marvelous city located on the southern coast of Cuba. It's called "The Pearl of the South", and let me tell you why: it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its exceptional neoclassical architecture and its historical value as the only city under Spanish rule founded by French settlers in the 19th century. But more than that, Cienfuegos has so much to offer:  from beautiful beaches, to mountainous landscapes with ecotourism destinations, an incredible bag-shaped bay with several cays, elegant theaters, multiple art galleries, museums, and other cultural centers... all in a relatively small space; any visitor will find something to spark their passion. Undoubtedly, though, the best Cienfuegos has to offer is its people, who are always kind, educated, very proud of their city, and always willing to share it with the world.
