Hello, my name is Chris. I am a native English-speaker from the USA. I have a 'Bachelor's Degree' and completed a 2-year 'Teacher Certification' program in the USA. I currently live in Thailand and taught English for seven years at a private school near Bangkok. While living in the USA, I worked as a licensed financial advisor. How do I cancel a lesson?

You can cancel a lesson up to 12 hours ahead of booked time.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Is the lesson online?

We use ZOOM for classes. You can enter the class 5 minutes ahead of booked time. Go to "Dashboard". Click on "Go to class" and click on "Join lesson". You will enter the classroom on ZOOM.
