About me

Hello everyone! My name is Daniel and I am from Guatemala at Central America... I am a trainer/teacher who have taught Spanish as a second language for the last 15 years in schools and online for 5 years, being certified by the Guatemalan Institute of Tourism (INGUAT), also I have a bachelor degree on engineering and a master degree on social issues and economy by the Pontificia Universidad de San Carlos (USAC). I have worked with beginners, intermediate and advanced students, starting from grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, developing orals skills in order to move on into conversations, discussions and debates about culture and actual issues. I have also had experience preparing students for standard exams B2 and C1. As well, I offer all the necessary materials for the class like books, pdf files, videos, links, etc., according to every student expectations and specific needs. My personality is very outgoing and open-minded... and, in any case, my main goal is to offer a fruitful, joyful, interesting and motivating lesson, by not only sharing my specific knowledge but also my culture and my perspectives in life. I enjoy very much meeting new people from all over the world, so I can only say that I am looking forward to contact you and that I would feel honored to assist you in developing your skills at the Spanish language. Daniel is a very honest and kind teacher, and he has a lot of knowledge about Latin American cultures, politics, economy, etc. I enjoyed chatting with him so much that my time past away quickly. He is always willing to correct your mistakes.

How do I cancel a lesson?

You can cancel a lesson up to 12 hours ahead of booked time.

Is the lesson online?

We use ZOOM for classes. You can enter the class 5 minutes ahead of booked time. Go to "Dashboard". Click on "View" and click on "Join". You will enter the classroom on ZOOM.
