About me
Hello! :) My name is Emilija, but feel free to call me Emily. I am a certified TEFL teacher with almost five years of teaching experience, working both with children and adults, successfully adjusting classes to different personalities, ages, preferences, and levels of English. I am an enthusiastic teacher whose goal is to help students advance and become confident English speakers. I am open, personable, positive, and very patient, and my teaching style is tailored to suit different needs. I correct positively and always strive to create a relaxing atmosphere where my students can study comfortably. The most effective way to teach my students is to give clear and concise explanations, as well as motivate them through fun challenges, and praise their achievements. I teach General English, Business English, Grammar, Pronunciation, Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing, and Discussion. Teaching is my passion, and getting to meet and work with people from different parts of the world makes it even more exciting. Aside from teaching English, I am an Argentine Tango dancer and instructor. I also love traveling, going to music or dance festivals, reading inspiring books, and learning Spanish. How do I cancel a lesson?
You can cancel a lesson up to 12 hours ahead of booked time.
Is the lesson online?
We use ZOOM for classes. You can enter the class 5 minutes ahead of booked time. Go to "Dashboard". Click on "View" and click on "Join". You will enter the classroom on ZOOM.
