Hello there, I'm Tracy from China. I've been working as an interpreter and translator of English and Chinese for 9 years. In addition to the mentioned languages, I also speak French (A2), Spanish (A2), and limited German. I took a training program for mandarin teaching years ago. How do I cancel a lesson?
You can cancel a lesson up to 12 hours ahead of booked time.
Is the lesson online?
We use ZOOM for classes. You can enter the class 5 minutes ahead of booked time. Go to "Dashboard". Click on "View" and click on "Join". You will enter the classroom on ZOOM.
