Hallo, my name is Fredrrick Onyango Ouma. I come from Kenya and my native languages are English & Swahili. I did my German studies at Goethe Intstitute till B1, currently finishing up the native level C2. Am a German teacher at Goethe Institute and I've been teaching beginners (A1) to intermediates (A2-B1) for the past 5 years. How do I cancel a lesson?

You can cancel a lesson up to 12 hours ahead of booked time.

Is the lesson online?

We use ZOOM for classes. You can enter the class 5 minutes ahead of booked time. Go to "Dashboard". Click on "View" and click on "Join". You will enter the classroom on ZOOM.
