About me

Hello everyone, my name is Graham and I'm from South Africa. I'm a Guest Services Associate and freelance Captionist that has worked on cruise ships across the world and have decided to take initiative and pursue my dream to help others learn language (and in our case, our target language is English). I myself love learning language. I am a qualified TEFL teacher with a level 5 Qualification. Part of the big dream is to go and teach English in Japan. Let's have fun learning together.

How do I cancel a lesson?

You can cancel a lesson up to 12 hours ahead of booked time.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Is the lesson online?

We use ZOOM for classes. You can enter the class 5 minutes ahead of booked time. Go to "Dashboard". Click on "View" and click on "Join". You will enter the classroom on ZOOM.
