About me
Hello! My name is Eun Young, and thank you for visiting my profile. Let me introduce myself. I was born and raised in Seoul in South Korea, and I have lived in Canada for over ten years. I graduated with a degree in music from McGill University. I have experience teaching Piano, English, and Korean. I have taught English to Korean students and Korean to English speakers for many years. I try to speak Korean during my lesson, but I explain in English for beginners who have difficulty understanding Korean. I am open-minded, very patient, reliable, creative, and friendly. I love meeting students from all around the world and love teaching them. I teach basic Korean alphabet, speaking, reading, writing, Korean culture, etc. Also, we can talk freely about Korean dramas or K-pop whenever you want. I do my best to help my students improve their Korean ability and to make my lesson fun and effective. I prepare materials for every lesson based on each students' needs. I liked the sessions very much! She is such a great teacher, she helps me learn and is very patient with my learning, She provides great lesson plans and ways of teaching. Also, she’s very nice and cares about how much I learn.

I would recommend Eun Young to everyone!! She’s a really organized teacher! She deals with my “all over the place” nature and her explanations are concise. She’s a great teacher!!!!

She is willing to go the extra mile for your learning needs and is happy to accommodate any learning needs you may have. She also has amazing communication skills and is always ready to help at a click of a button.
How do I cancel a lesson?
You can cancel a lesson up to 12 hours ahead of booked time.
Is the lesson online?
We use ZOOM for classes. You can enter the class 5 minutes ahead of booked time. Go to "Dashboard". Click on "View" and click on "Join". You will enter the classroom on ZOOM.
