I am 41 years old journalist, poet and author who have studied Languages and worked as a language teacher for more than a decade. I am a native Swahili speaker being born and raised in Zanzibar. I am also fluent in English and have good knowledge of German and some basic understandings of Arabic. How do I cancel a lesson?
You can cancel a lesson up to 12 hours ahead of booked time.
Is the lesson online?
We use ZOOM for classes. You can enter the class 5 minutes ahead of booked time. Go to "Dashboard". Click on "View" and click on "Join". You will enter the classroom on ZOOM.
