What is the most important qualification that you should look out for in choosing a tutor?
Above all else, it's important for you and your tutor to be able to communicate in a common language. It may not be English because the tutor might be fluent in your native tongue, too. But if the tutor you choose is a native speaker of the language and isn't fluent with your native language and you know how to speak in English, then make sure he can speak English, too.
