About me
My name is Paulina. I grew up in Poland but my family comes from Russia and I have always communicated exclusively in Russian with my whole family. I have a BA degree in English language and CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults). After graduating from university, I worked as an English language tutor at language schools in Poland. Currently, I live in the Netherlands where I am pursuing a teacher training program in French. My work experience as a language teacher as well as previous and current studies, have given me a lot of insight into second language learning. I currently work as a freelance translator (I translate from various languages to Polish, Russian and English). As far as teaching is concerned, I believe making the student interested is the key. Therefore, I tend to prepare materials based on the students' interests. I use the same principal while learning foreign languages. I can say as both a language teacher as well as a language learner that it works :).About me
