Hello, My name is Pavao. I live in Bosnia and Herzegowina and I am a Croatian. I lived in the USA for some time in New York so I am quite familiar with their culture and language. I am a last year student of a 3 year IT Bachelor program. I am completing my TEFL at the moment and I have almost finished it. How do I cancel a lesson?
You can cancel a lesson up to 12 hours ahead of booked time.
Is the lesson online?
We use ZOOM for classes. You can enter the class 5 minutes ahead of booked time. Go to "Dashboard". Click on "View" and click on "Join". You will enter the classroom on ZOOM.
