Introduction

To offer tutoring on www.justlearn.com, sub-domains, sites and applications related to Justlearn (“Justlearn”, “we”, “us”, “company”, “website”) you agree that you have read and accept the terms of the teacher.

1. Users

The users of the Website ("user") are divided into 2 categories, (1) students and (2) teachers. Student is looking for tutoring ("student"). Teacher offers this tutoring ("teacher").

2. Information

As a teacher, you acknowledge that you have provided correct information.

You are at least 18 years old.

3. Communication

The company disclaims liability for offensive, offensive or threatening messages from students or teachers. These messages should be reported to support@justlearn.com.

It is not allowed to ask for personal information from students.

Offensive or vulgar messages are removed. This will lead to removal from the website and deletion of profile.

4. Marketing

It is not allowed to market products on the website without approval. This behavior will lead to deletion of profile.

The company may use your education profile for marketing on other websites.

5. Transfer

The earnings for lessons will be transferred to the bank account, PayPal account or another account of the teacher every month. Teacher has to earn at least 30 USD before transfer.

If the teacher has entered wrong account details and the transfer has been sent, the transferred amount will not be refunded.

The teacher earns $6 for each completed lesson for starters; $7 if teacher completed more than 100 lessons; and $8 if teacher completed more than 500 lessons.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR TECHNICAL DEFINITIONS AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS FOR IT. ALL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE UNDERTAKING.
