Hello everyone，I am Jenna. I just graduated in the Univerisity of Nottingham studied in MA TESOL.I have two years teaching experience in preschool to teach younger children english in my country -China. Also, during the study this year in the United Kingdom, I started to to teach mandarin to adult in London online from April to July. How do I cancel a lesson?
You can cancel a lesson up to 12 hours ahead of booked time.
Is the lesson online?
We use ZOOM for classes. You can enter the class 5 minutes ahead of booked time. Go to "Dashboard". Click on "View" and click on "Join". You will enter the classroom on ZOOM.
